Hello. So for a while now Ive been dealing with some type of rash or bump lump im honestly unsure I just know after every period i get this weird thing that happens on the left side of my vagina lip and it goes all the way to my anus it feels like a lump when I touch it near my anus but then we i got by the perianal and then where my vagina lip starts at the opening it looks and feels like its just a boil but its open you can see the inside of it like the skin is gone at the bump there isnt multiple bumps nor does it burn or itch it does hurt like a cut if my underwear rubs against it no problems when I pee nothing burns I have been to the doctors about it a year ago I was diagnosed with bv but i asked for std testing i didnt have anything but bv but why is it still lasting and why does it feel like a buldge maybe a cyst?! or abscess? Ive read somewhere that herpes can be mistaken for bv none of my recent sexual partners have had any problems its only me and it only happens after the last of my period and last maybe a week its reall irritant the first 3 days after it feels like a scab or a healing cut and also what i mean by buldge cause i may be spelling it wrong i mean like when i touch my anus it feels like its protruding out like a lump in it and i never seen any cuts around my anus no bumps it feels swollen and hard and yes there is discharge not abnormal and there isnt a really bad odor but its like a slight musty odor like maybe i just was sweating down there but it doesnt really have a fish smell
