Herpes exposure?

Ok so basically 3 months ago I had an encounter with a woman. We used a condom but she liked alot of lube and it came off. I talked to her and she claims she has never had any issue of itching or bumps other than your normal infections women tend to get. I had a heroes like lesion come up on the left side of my penis. I was mortified immediately couldn't help but think it was herpes. By the time I got to the doc it couldn't be cultured. I took full std panel. Everything came back negative. Also took a herp select blood test that came back negative except her the zoster strain. Which i had vjivken pox when I was young. The spot where the rash was ok my penis has now been red for 3 months. It won't go completely away and idk what to thing. Tests came back negative. I've also been dealing with some constipation and sciatica which I've read can be caused by herpes. I also had a small itchy crop of bumps come up under my arm on my torso. Is it possible I had shingles outbreak on my penis? I know this is highly unlikely but idk what's going on here and I b3en freaking out for about 2 months now.

Herpes doesn't stick around for three months, and by now, an IgG test for herpes would be positive of you have it. If IgG negative at three months, like I suspect, you're good.

From what I understand it doesn't and thats why I don't really think it is herpes but its still got me worried. The bumps I got on my torso have taken a very long time to heal also.

If you had S2 Shingles you would have got spots all down the back of your left leg as well.

Which part of the penis is the spot on? Glans of shaft?
