herpes?? female (pic included)

recently got a full panel std test and everything was clear. currently have a bad yeast infection from swimming in a river but took a mirror down there and noticed a small bump right above my clitoris. i just noticed it and it was not there a few days ago.

i read that you can get sores from a yeast infection but am always nervous it could be herpes, its the only bump i could find but it is painful and irritating. recently had sex with someone who now has a cold sore and they went down on me right before it was visibly present on their lip. so im worried even though it hadnt formed the infection was still there.

could use a second opinion before i go to the doctor 😦 image

Due to the timeline, I would get it swabbed to be sure. Yeast infections rarely causes bumps but it's not impossible either.
