Herpes, fissure or another infection?

Booked in for a test, but wanted to see if anyone could tell from the picture. Had protected sex three days ago and been sore since, he was quite big and I tend to suffer from dryness which is why I'm hoping this is a tear. Today is the first day I noticed it, and it's definitely hurting more now but I'm not sure if that's due to me pulling it about to get a better look as it's right near the actual entrance. The location is where I'd expect to find a tear, but not sure if it's actually a fissure, herpes or something else...

    yes this looks concerning, could be irritation or herpes especially if youve recently had sex

    i literally had something that looked just like this in the same spot. it didnt hurt though and only lasted a day. it could most def be from rough sex

    also im super dry too and that area specifically is where tears typically occur! keep me updated on your results i strongly believe you are fine plus you were protected
