Herpes, fissures, or yeast infection

i know i have HVS1-- i get them on my eyes. but every once in a while i get these itchy little bumps near my anus. it will appear as one then a couple, and just as they appear they tend to disappear within a couple of days-- no scabs. i got my blood work done and only thing that appear was for the type 1, nothing for type 2. A year ago i went to an ER and the nurse practitioner simply looked at it and said "it looks like herpes"-- but didnt test/swab at it, just looked at it and said what she said.

originally i thought these bumps were associated with my hemorrhoids-- since i tend to get those often too. see picture below and let me know what you guys think. i hate to waste my time at the doctors office to get misdiagnosed again.
