Herpes Genital

so i have a new partner (he has Hsv1) about a week after having unprotected sex witn him i got a raw sore then blisters and now this is what i have, i got it swabbed and im waiting for results but im 99% sure it is herpes. Does anyone know why theyre purple? and is there anything i can do for the raw spots it hurts so bad . also my boyfriend doesnt have anything on him is ir porrsible that its hsv1 (he never had a cold sore present )

    the picture did not upload. although less likely even without a coldsore present transmission can happen. has he been tested?
