Herpes? Help?

I have sensitive skin and am prone to razor burn and ingrowns. I had shaved my private area 3 times in 1 week which is abnormal. i developed what i thought was an ingrown hair so i did what youre not supposed to do and messed with it. for a few days i got nothing then finally it popped like a pimple. i should have stopped there but i continued to push and mess with it until my skin was raw. i was also battling a yeast infection caused by penicillin from strep throat. now i have this huge painful sore.

i went to an urgent care and she put me on antibiotics but im still scared imageimage

this happened to me last year while i was on a vacation. I had shaved prior to the trip and this terrible thing happened due to infected hair follicles. it was bad, i could not sit or lie down straight for weeks. Go visit the doctor regularly and get it cleaned by them and take your full course of antibiotics or it will return. like it did with me. but this is nothing serious and dont worry, the marks completely disappear

the antibiotics wont help either as they are one of the main causes of yeast and yeast can cause skin sores peeling cracked skin etc

she also had me get the over the counter yeast infection cream as she couldnt tell which one it could be! so this gives me a little more piece of mind
