Herpes in nose won’t go away.

a month ago i went to the doctor for blisters on my gentital and my leg (those cleared up) and got it tested and it was herpes simplex 1. at the same time i got a really itchy nose and after a few days noticed blisters on the very inside of my nostrils that are white and flat (not really pussy or liquid filled at all) and now it's been a month and they are still there and i also have nasal polyps in both nostrils that wont go away either. is this normal for them to last over a month unchanged? some days they look a little worse than others but no new tingling or itching really. nothing i try has helped as far as topical creams and home remedies. (i also have no insurance so im trying to avoid another trip to the doctor if possible.)
