Herpes INSIDE vagina?!? Anyone?!

I had a risky encounter with someone a month ago. Ever since then ive had extreme itching and redness of my vagina. I was diagnosed with trich which i took antiobiotics for and i have been diagnosed with a yeast infection twice but none of the meds have stopped the itching. The itching feel concentrated to one spot in my vagina and im really scared theres herpes inside of me. The last doctor I saw said she didnt see any sores inside but now im wondering if the speculum could have been covering them?! Anyone have similar symptoms?? what could this be?!image

    if i was you,i would keep using the antibitotics and stop having sex,and after fw months go get tested for hiv and hpv and all other stds
