Herpes or...? 3rd time this has happened though :( *photo included*

first off: I apologize for the bad picture quality.

I've occasionally had these odd bumps pop up on my outer labia, only one though. It'll just be my flesh is raised, if I press on it it pops and mostly blood comes out with a little bit of what looks like infection. afterwards there's just a small circle of rawness in the center of raised skin. it doesn't itch or hurt before I pop it so every time I've found them it's been on accident. after I pop them they tingle a bit but I've been hoping that's just because it's raw.

they've never really looked like blisters and the over all bump is bigger than what I've seen pics of them to be the size of.

the first time I ever discovered one of these I felt like I was coming down with something, muscle aches & sinus drainage. I know that's a herpes symptom.

but I haven't had any problems peeing or the itching and what not.

I'm hoping to go and get tested in the next few days to find out for sure.

I'm mainly wondering if my description of the bump fits what a herpes sore could look like.
