I had a protected encounter about 10 weeks ago. I did have an intesive maturbation incedent the day after.  anyway, 2-3 days after I was awoken in the middle of the night by a sharp very painful what felt like on the left side only of my penis and abductor/taint.  Im also having left lower back issues (l4/l5 wear) which i was also having before the event do I don't know of its relates. ive had a few occurances after...abductor pain, back pain, slight scrotum/penile pain.  Loss of appetite that comes and goes. All on left side lasts for about a few days, ifee like it get worse when i sit or walk for long time (no sores itching at this point. I think hemeroids which I've had before or (maybe in my head). Then dirrireah.  Is gotta be something right? I've had zero blisters or sores just what's been above.  Doctor said it's not hsv but when I've had 3-4 similar situation over the last few weeks I'm hesitant...all seem to happen if i sit/drive for long pierods or have heavy alchol...I had an IgG specific test at 1 and 2 weeks (i know early) which was negative...idk of this is herpes.  It seems that every time this arises a new symtom happens in conjuction with the last...first only head, taint, back.  Then leg pain, then butt pain, then itching. No painful urination and feels better if i sit on the toilet or just wear loose clothes.  All the pain seems to be on my left side

I am not sure if the condom stayed intact but I know one was used.  Also, again there hasnet been any redness, blisters, or sores.  I feel it comes up after a night of drinking, or long travel. Could be a prostate issue but IDK...my GP doesnt think its herpes and is sending me to a uralogist.  Im getting anouther test on tues which should be pretty accurate
