Herpes or Fordyce spots?

should I be worried about these? ive had them since June. My std test came back negative but i just need reassurance. anyone know what these could be ?

    Yes it do look like fordyce spots, might be enlarged/irritated, hows your discharge?

    they look like fordyce spots so far, but what are your symptoms like? as the symptoms for herpes are different to fordyce spots 😃

    These are fordyce spots. Mine became elevated as I got older. Nothing to be worried about.
