Herpes or Fordyce Spots -pic included

Does this look like a herpes outbreak? I've been having some vaginal irritation and almost like a burning sensation since my period recently ended so I'm not sure if its hormone related but I'm freaking out. I've had issues with this in the past and my doctor prescribed me an estrogen cream that helped with this before. The burning and tingling feeling I have reminds of of a yeast infection but no yeast and all of my cultures in the past had been fine for vaginitis and stuff like that. I recently had a full STD screening which included HSV1 and HSV2 which my doctor didn't recommend since I didn't have any symptoms. My culture came back fine but I did test positive for HSV2 and my IGG level was 1.19...I've never had any symptoms or outbreaks so this was a total surprise to me, plus I have only been with the same person for 7yrs in a monogamous relationship up until a recent breakup and had sex with an ex, but still no symptoms or anything like that. My doctor said that I was exposed to HSV2 at some point of my life in the past and that my levels didnt indicate a recent infection. I did some research and found out about the Western Blot test that's administered by the University of Washington which is supposed to be the gold standard test for HSV2. It's said that if your levels are under 3.5 and a low positive without symptoms, it's a high chance that you have a false positive. I'm waiting for my results to come back in from the Western Blot test but every single twitch or tingle is freaking me out! Feedback would be appreciated, also has anyone else taken the Western Blot test and it came back negative after receiving a positive from the more common tests?

Just wanted to give everyone an udate...my results came back in from the Western Blot test and everything came back negative for HSV1 and HSV2. I'm so happy I could cry...please do your research. If you don't have symptoms and tested on the low positive scale, I highly recommend getting the Western Blot test for a peace of mind and confirmation. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
