Herpes or Fordyce Spots? Tmi Pictures

i noticed these spots for a long time now, sometimes i get more irritated down there and i feel like its from shaving and nicking myself. it's also red and sore and i made myself really nervous that maybe somehow i ended up getting herpes. it goes sore every now and again but its always that area on the right and never the left and i wonder if its just from shaving or is it something else? imageimage
