Herpes or hemorrhoid?

I’m really freaking out. I am a sexually active gay male. I only participate in oral. Giving and receiving. I have only ever had penetration sex once, a condom was used and I was on top. Nothing has entered my anus before. Lately a little blood appears on the tissue when I wipe. Sometimes a decent amount sometimes a drop. It only hurts when I wipe, other than that rarely any discomfort. Anyone please give me your best serious knowledge and opinion, I am so scared. Thank you. I have a picture but don’t know how to upload. I know it’s embarrassing but I’m desperate. How can I send one?

    Hey Brian.  Was the guy you were with a little large  I don't think it Herpes.  It is most likely Hemorrhoid.  They will bleed when you wipe your self.  Go the the store and get some Hemorrhoid Cream and put it on.  They will go away in a few day..  Don't be embarrass.  We are all adult here.  Remember all ways play safe.  God Bless  Ken

    First transfer the photos to a computer. In the computer browser, log in to this Patient Forum and hit reply in this thread. Click on the 4th icon on the right above the reply box and you can upload photos from there. The scenery icon is the one you need but the icons don't appear on phones or tablets
