Herpes or Hemorrhoids?

I am normally pretty safe sexually however had unprotected anal sex with my boyfriend. Two days later I get a cold sore on my lip and it goes away quick. One day after cold sore Heals; I find a painful polyp looking skin tag on my skin between my anus and vagina. Stings when that item gets wet via when im peeing. after looking more into my new weird parts, i see some grey looking stuff in my anus that itch and are painful when sitting down to potty or standing up .
