Herpes or HIV?? Help Please Please

I Kissed a sex worker and she performed oral on me without Condom. Now I have anxiety of getting herpes so I have been Googling so much about it now and after like a month I developed A lump under neck with seems like a swollen lymph node and one on the side of my neck. after this now I have a sore throat with very mild pain and now this morning it has a little white spots plus redness. also same thing is now travelling to the roof of my mouth but very mild.

Someone going through this too? image
