I don't see anything, but can't herpes be diagnosed with a blood test now? Have you done the usual recommended for any itchy skin like no perfumed soaps, "free" laundry detergent, cotton underwear, no tight pants, etc? LS typically (but not always) presents with an itch, but also white lines or patches. Might require a gyn who specializes in vulval skin issues.

Also, have you tried anti-yeast cream/ointment. Yeast can present externally and itch. Chronic yeast can also be hard to diagnose. There is a video that talks about treatment of LS, but the 2nd half is about chronic thrush and how it is hard to diagnose...might be worth watching the 2nd half (like 7 minutes)...if you google on these words (use same spelling) you should come up with it:
optimising management of lichen sclerosus chronic thrush

I have no clue if it can be tested with blood now but I guess all the little white spots is normal but I never noticed before cause I wasnt worried until I heard a year ago that the guy I was seeing than was fooling with other girls and when I checked I saw that but I never used to check either soo and what I found was really weird is a sort of pimples almost right next to my "butt hole" that looks like this
IDK IF THIS IS NORMAL??

If your doctor feels they are normal and you trust that doctor then I'd go with normal. Did you point out the ones near your butt too?

Do those itch or hurt? If they come and go I would definitely have the doctor look while they are visible. And ask if there is a blood test. Pretty sure people have mentioned having them.

They itch sometimes but really not like all the time but the thing I fund the most weird about them is that they don't go away or come and go they've been there for a while and they never leave so that's why I am a little concerned.. I'm gonna talk to my doctor about them

Maybe it's just a clogged pore like a pimple. If it were herpes it would go away rather than be there all the time, right?

Yup that it true.. I will still go to the doc cause everytime I search on google for symptoms and stuff to find out what it is and they give me the same answer all the time: HPV.. which I really dont think I have and google is not right with this usally..

It took 2-3 years of itching and redness then white patches finally appeared and my lichen sclerosis was finally diagnosed. My advice: The smartest thing to do is to get a doctor who specializes in women's dermatology. Or find a doctor who can properly diagnose you. You will find the right doctor - just keep changing doctors until you do. It's important. You must be your own advocate.
I used this doctor: Melissa Mauskar, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is an inpatient dermatologist with an outpatient specialty in genital and vulvar mucosal dermatoses. Try to find one like her.
Although my gynecologist was treating me for the LS, it was not the right treatment, and I was still changing and shrinking even though it was not itching. So I went to this specialist and she has changed my life. I wish someone had advised me to seek this out earlier - I would not have lost so much of my vaginal architecture.
You may not have LS - but you need to be diagnosed. And treated. After a while, it gets depressing knowing something is wrong but what? A large percentage of people in general have herpes. It's treatable. Maybe it's something simple.
Good Luck to you. I hope you find your answers.
