hey im an teenager and im wondering if i have herpes because a few days ago i had this pimple under my tongue it was painful and i never had anything like it before but because it was painful i thought itd be better if i poped it to make the pain go away quicker but that didnt work and it just stayed there now it looks like this and im not sure if its oral herpes or what.

also it was just one normal sized painful pimple.
