Herpes or not

I went for swimming in the ocean during my periods.

i wore a pad and jumped into water.I did that for two days. AFTER staying the whole day in wet pads , i started to itch badly.

i didn't show it to doctor for a month. The itching didnt go away so i showed a doctor who gave me vaginal dermatitis tablets.

i had periods again on march, during that i started to have itching on my vulva and lesions. I showed a gynac and she told me it's herpes. She didnt give me any test to do.

also i m not a sexually active person.

Can you tell me from image that is it actually herpes.image
