Herpes or not

hello everyone, I have some weird looking things on my penis head & I think its herpes but I pray it isn't. it doesnt add up because I looked it up & herpes has different stages. I do not feel any pain on my penis & the things do not look like they have any fluid on them, I also dont have any pain when I urinate. I recently had oral sex with someone that is why im worried but at the same time it was from july 3rd image

please someone shed light on me.

I will go get a test soon & since they popped up I have been putting lysine & abreva just in the case if it is actually herpes.

    It doesn't resembles Herpes but its good that you're getting tested to be sure.
