after my latest shave (5 days ago) i noticed two pimple like dots on my inner thighs two days later, the last person i dated tested negative for herpes so i'm assuming this is nothing to worry about and that its just some ingrown hairs that are causing this but i would like someones opinion.

it looks like pimples to me but you should go get tested
