HERPES OR SEVERE YEAST INFECTION HELP PLEASE ITS UNBEARABLE

about a week ago I had sex with a new partner and it was rough the day after i felt a burning sensation when i was peeing and just assumed it was because of the sex fast forward 5 days later I see a cut at the entrance of my vagina which has now turned into an ulcer a day after that i got these bumps on both sides ive went to the urgent care and they swabbed me so ill find out in two days but the doctor said it looks like either trauma to the vagina or a severe yeast infection but the pain is literally unbearable also there is a white substance around my clit area what can help with the pain ?????? imageimageimage

    it really hard to tell with the pictures. but with your back story and wording "ulcer" it sounds like you may have had an outbreak due to the physical stress put on your body. you may have just had irritation rather than an outbreak though. have you ever had these physical symptoms before? Did you just get super irritatied and may have BV rather than ulcers? tears of the perineum can happen from rough sex or even rough activity the body isnt used to. Don't stress until you see a professional and even then it will be okay.

    Also, sometimes herpes takes a long time to show its self in physical symptoms. 80% of people living with HSV do not know they have it and the CDC doesn't recommend testing anyone unless they ask or have signs when visiting the doctors office. Herpes is life changing not life threatening like chlamydia or

    Gonorrhea . It is a annoying skin infection nothing more.

      thank you for responding ! I got my test results back and tested negative for HSV they diagnosed me with severe BV as well as another infection due to me having a tear down there that was untreated. once i started taking the medication all my symptoms started to clear up
