Herpes? Or something else? HELP! Male.

i have experienced itchy sensations around my genital area. I am booked for a sti test next week, but would like some clarification before I go. I had unprotected sex on the 28th June, and symptoms began around the 20th July - persisting still now. I have had a fungal infection on my inner thigh which is now treated and a blistered patch on my torso which has now dried up. currently i have cyst like features around my penis and anus, some itch, most dont. Has anyone got any idea what it could be?imageimageimageimage
