Herpes? Or Syphilis? Dotted spots on penis, appear and disappear 2 - 3 days

Hi All,

First of all when I saw it first on my penis, I waited 1 week and gotten a syphilis test and the result is negative but it could be false positive since it is too early. I'm planning to take one again. Unfortunately the HSV (herpes test) that is available on the center I went to cost $600 that is why I didn't take it.

I also went to an infectious disease doctor and told me it is not herpes or syphilis. But I want a second opinion and I'm planning to visit again because it keeps coming and going for the past 3 weeks. Small red spots that appear and disappear within 2 days and it is like spreading.

It all started with this:

Very small

Then one of them disappeared but other one widens

Then it becomes like this

After 1 week they were replaced with this. Small spots

After another week they are gone but now my shaft have this

All of this started with just an oral sex I received from a woman. I doubled check her mouth and tongue first, but no lesions or warts.

I hope you could help me. I will also update here when I visited the infectious doctor again, and after a month I will also take another syphilis test. The incubation period of syphilis is 10-90 days I got my first test less than 10 days after the first spot appeared

    Talked to a 2nd infectious disease doctor. She thinks it is Herpes. And started me with Acyclovir for 10 days if it doesn't clear up ,will need to go back. And I need to retest for syphilis after a month because I got tested before the incubation period (in others words too early).

    Final Update: After taking. Acyclovir , after just one day they are gone. I can't even believe it, it is like a miracle drug. Acyclovir is used to treat genital herpes. So I guess I do have herpes now.

    I will still do another round of testing after 3 months for syphilis and after 6months for HIV. Just to be sure.

    To everyone reading this, please wear a condom even just for ORAL sex. I only had oral sex with a woman who doesn't show any symptom in her mouth (because I checked) no sores or anything. And yet I got this.
