Herpes or Yeast Infection? HELP! (PICS INCLUDED)

Okay so lets start with my recent sexual intercourses. I started with my ex on the 3rd of may this year, I didn't really notice anything and then I had a threesome, mainly with the male, the same day about a good more than a couple of hours later. Nothing felt off or anything. I took a shower, I use a special women's pH soap free thing for my vagina as I do get thrush/yeast a lot. My discharge is whiteish clear watery. I noticed probably about a few days later I had been split down there and then today, I wanted to have a closer look and saw these bumps, I have felt the inside of my vagina with my fingers and I dont feel any bumps, all feels normal. Someone please tell me if I need to arrange a check up if it's herpes cause I did have sex with someone new on Tuesday. All these encounters were all unprotected. Trust me I am not proud of myself. I was just tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and both was negative! Someone help me for gods sake.. image

I would schedule a test just for a peace of mind! Especially since it was unprotected. Do they hurt?

Yes I've got a appointment coming up! They only hurt when I touch them, like as if someone was to touch a blind pimple.
