Herpes or Yeast Infection Sores?

Backstory I took Antibiotics for Chlamydia about 3 weeks ago and then when i showered and cleaned my inner vulva i noticed it was painful and then i took a video of my vagina and this came up. Ive done research and read that antibiotics can cause a yeast infection, but im also concerned it could be something more serious. Please help! I have to wait to go to my gynecologist but i need some type of guidance of what this may be. It doesnt hurt when i touch it, nor is it painful to pee. It itches here and there but not so much. Theres also a sore(?) on my perineum. Idk if its a yeast infection fissure/sore or what. The day i started seeing this is I did scrub my vulva hard when cleaning but idk if thats even relevant. My vulva is also very dry.image

    Edit/Update: Ive been having flaky/overgrowth of scalp issues in certain areas and I've read that it could be a Scalp Yeast Infection caused by antibiotics. If all of this is really from taking Antibiotics then i hope i dont take anymore anytime soon smh.
