Herpes or yeast or some other infection ?

To start off , im a virgin and havent had any sexual contact but im really starting to think i have herpes

i remember getting these white bumps or blisters before on my inner thigh but it seem like it came after my period from irration from my pad or from tight clothes

but now i been getting these bumps after my period for the last few months reccurring

i really dont know what to do

they itch a little but not really but they get irriated when brushed against clothes

    It is essentially impossible to tell without photos. If you are a virgin then having an STD is an extremely rare chance, it is much more likely an infection of some sort.
