HERPES !?! PLEASE HELP. CRYING MYSELF TO SLEEP

I have not had sex for about 4 months now ans since I have been diagnosed with HPV. After I was diagnosed with HPV, I noticed small little bumps on my lips (4 months ago) . They did not itch or burn. I applied a lot of chapstick and acne spot treatment, after about 4 days the bumps went away. About 2 months after I noticed the bumps the first time, the same type of bumps reappeared after I shaved my upper lip so I thought that may have been the cause. Again, didnt hurt or itch. I messed with the bumps on my lips and then followed the same "treatment". They then went away in about 4 days but this time, I think I may have given myself a chemical burn from the spot treatment. 3 days ago similar bumps reappeared and I am not sure of the cause now. I have been crying myself to sleeping just praying it is not herpes, PLEASE HELP. The first picture is the very first time the bumps appeared. The second picture is the most resent appearance. This is after the acne spot treatment and I believe I may have given myself another chemical burn from it.
