Yes, you can but it is considered low risk.

yes. herpes is on the skin. you can get it through contact anywhere a condom isnt covering on any genital/ oral/anal skin.

yes, thats how I caught it. it was a 2 minute -worse sex of my life encounter- ending forever in my body. the only non-boyfriend I had.
lifes unfair.
for men its harder to get it with a condom (because their mucous membrane is then covered). a female could easily get it transferred to her vagina when theres virus on the condom / around the condom... and when its active, i believe its easily everywhere.
