So, a little more than a week ago I Had these bumos all over my vagina, of course i freaked out and I started my

google search and i was certain i had it. my dr said it wasnt herpes so the next morning i woke up and it was even more. i went to another dr a d they said it was folliculitis. i searched it and what she said looked nothing like what i had. I did shave with a ravor a week prior to noticing , and i had sex the day before i noticed the first bump . so i had my testing and had to wait 3 days for them to tell me there was an error. so i had to redo it and by the I WAS ON flagyl for something else, the test came back NEGITIVE for both hsv1 & 2,

the bumps are completly gone now but wtf were they??? image

sometimes antibodies dont show up in a blood test for herpes until 16 weeks after exposure thats why they sometimes take a swab from a burst spot ....so u could get a negative blood test and still have herpes if a test was taken after 16 weeks after exposure then the likley hood is that it was folliculitus

u never mentioned what test u had above i assumed blood mabe request a blood test if ur still unsure after 16 weeks a swab is only reliable if there is fluid to swab like from blisters etc
