Herpes ruining my holiday!!! Help!

I am currently on holiday in Spain and in a lot of pain.  I have not been diagnosed but a few days ago it began to really sting when i peed and now i have blisters on my vaginal lips too. I have been in a relationship for 3 years and neither of us have ever displayed any symptoms of herpes before but I am convinced that this is what I have. Could it have been dormant? I am displaying nearly all signs of genital herpes and struggling to deal with the pain.

Obviously as i am on holiday I can’t just pop to my doctor and I am unsure of what to ask for at the pharmacy. I am in more pain than I’ve ever been in and I am avoiding going to the toilet as it hurts so much to pee - to the point I am in tears.

Please help with any pain relief that will help me until I go home on Saturday!

Hi,  I understand your frustration. You should try buying something over the counter. Try tree tea oil. I’m sure they should have some out there.

Ice packs help me. It stings at first but eventually numbs the area.

With my first outbreak I put Vaseline there when I peed and it helped. Iv heard sitz baths help also. Or peeing in the water.

I believe starting antiviral is the best to do. Being late will make your outbreak last longer. Try to see a doctor to prescribe it. One day earlier on antiviral matters!

    Just be sure of diagnosis
