Herpes/Sores from yeast infection *pictures included*

on wednesday i noticed an area on my vagina & i noticed thick white discharge that smelled kind of sour? for a few days, i just tried to leave it alone to see if things would clear up. on saturday, when things hadnt cleared up i purchased monistat. i inserted the monistat sunday & made an appoinment for urgent care. upon arriving to urgent care, i explained my symptoms & he performed an exam, as well as bloodwork/urine sample for STD's. once he examined me, he explained that it did not appear as herpes to him and prescribed me a medication for the yeast infection. i just took the pill for the yeast infection. im awaiting my results, but i suffer from medical anxiety- so im just looking to see if anybody else has had a similar experience & if so what the outcome of the situation ended up being, also its worth noting that my discharge has changed from the thick white, to now a thin clear with white "chunks" (sorry) . imageimage

    The pictures are from wednesday when i first noticed them, i have a picture from today but it says the file is too big to upload

      Today, they are more like open ulcers?image

      initially, i thought this was just the sores healing but now im unsure. i dont notice them oozing or wheeping fluid just kind of there. they do cause slight discomfort
