I had an unprotected sex September and I tested in December three months. Everything was negative, is my herpes test conclusive?

If you tested negative at 3 months by the IgG (not IgM) antibody test for herpes, then yes.

I'm not sure which one all I know was it was an antibody test and she said hsv1 negative and hsv2 negative

Happy to hear your tests came back negative. 3 months is definetly conclusive. Some say that 16 weeks is better, however your ratios would have shown a slow rise. From what I understand your results dont give ratios only negative or positive. In that case, some like to go & do a follow up test at 6 months just to re- confirm. The IGG Elisa blood test is the most accurate ( besides swabbing ) and also provide ratios.

Oh thank god, I don't know if it was igm or igg but if it was igm am I still okay at 3 months negative? I've heard igm antibodies can disappear

No, the IgM test should never be performed for herpes, as it is notoriously unreliable. The CDC does not recommend it for herpes as a result, hence my original reply. The onus is on you to find out which test your doctor ordered. 3 months is more than adequate for IgG.

Okay so I have another question, let's say I did have herpes and touched the sore and put my finger in my anus can I transfer the herpes inside the anus where you can't see it? (Only stuck my finger in there because it gets itchy sometimes) ever since then I've been have pain there and irregular bowel movements and diarrhea a lot. I heard herpes only show out side

Once a person has herpes genitally, they potentially have it anywhere within the boxer shorts region, as the nerve body serving that entire area is what becomes infected with HSV. As a result, you cannot really infect a different part of your genitals (anus included), only a different part of your body (e.g., eyes, mouth).

I know but I just can't see it, like I feel like if so have its deep in my rectum is that possible?

It is possible, some men have pain urinating due to sores inside the urethra. So inside the rectum could be possible. I would start by taking a hot bath and make sure you clean that area regularly, daily. If the problems persist, visit a Doctor in case it's something else.
