Herpes that can be popped?

Im a 24 year old female... so during the summer of 2015 I got a small bump in my vagina lip, I never had before so I went ahead and popped it, and it squirted out puss and clear liquid... I didn't pay much attention to it but it went away. But recently the last week of December I got another small pea size bump in my vaginal lip again this one in the opposite side! So I did this again and popped it and again puss did come out, after that I've been putting antibacterial cream on and taking hot water baths. But this one took longer to go away! I squeezed it about 3 times and puss did come out, the second time I did pop, the puss was like thicker and more yellowish! I had an appointment but missed it, now it went away but you can tell like a small little bump still there. I know herpes comes in many ways as I've read, but I'm not getting outbreaks, and itchy like that either? Sometimes I get itchy but it's after i shave. Now that I've been reading I should've never popped it.. And I feel like my clitoris area is like or irritated.. I wish I could post a photo because I've done so... Lol but I want to know if it does sound like herpes!! I've brought it up to a provider but I didn't have anything when I did and she mentioned that she didn't wanna do a herpes test unless their was signs because usually herpes comes out positive for people lol?? I hate going into walk ins since I live such in a small valley! I do not trust going into a walk in and telling them personal things like these even if it's for my own good! and to make a doc appointment again will take weeks!

Herpes won't come out positive unless you have it .. Never heard of no such thing.

But. I've never tried to pop mine.. Ever and mine was like a red open sore or something I wasn't even able to pop it.

    Was it painful ?

    Surprised you didn't bleed .

You don't necessarily have to have symptoms of herpes because I don't even think I did to be honest .. The best way to be able to tell is get a swab test done that is the most secure way if you ask me ,..

You haven't had a serious breakout which makes me feel like you don't have it .. But at the same time breakouts are different for different people .

And even though you might not want to do a walk in .. It's better safe then sorry . And they are doctors so what happens and what your results are is private ..

As nerve racking as it may seem it's for the best

I think she was talking about HSV1, how usually that comes back positive, or I have no idea.

When I popped them both different times both times it gave me discomfort! I couldn't wear thongs, I had to use granny panties. Lol

And it swollen up a bit but within hours they were back to a small size. But i feel like this second time this bump got infected? The puss was a thick puss and yellowish and I kept draining it out .... And I've read so many articles, and you are right about diff people having diff type of outbreaks, I just find it odd I never had a prob with pimples or bumps or anything back than until this past summer and sadly I've been sexually active since I was 15..ive been with my current Bf for 3 years but hey you never know!

And can you believe our family planning doesn't have a provider right now? A provider comes in once a week from another town!

I just want to hear more coming from people that are herpes positive. Right now that the bump went away I can still get tested right with blood tests?

You can do an HSV IgG (not IgM) antibody test without symptoms. Since your first bump was a whileago, the window period is covered, or you can wait three months from your second bump. If negative for both types, then you're clear. If positive for HSV-2, then it's very likely genital. If positive for HSV-1, then it could be genital or oral, so depends on whether you have ever had cold sores. Or you could just wait for next bump and get it swabbed immediately.

How long do the tests results take ? Ahh I think I'm going to another family planning in a town close to here... I don't like walk ins specially being so personal!

Depends on the clinic, but the results should only take a couple of days or so.
