Ok it spreaded in my ears eyes brain and it even affects my legs a little bit, I noticed the white part of my eye was a bit red will that get bigger? It's gone now but it comes and goes when my eyes are irritated I get eye boogers from the herpes virus and I pick those off, I also get horrible brain fog a weird feeling in the brain I can't really explain it but it makes me really tired and can't think straight so the herpes spreaded in the brain does anyone knows anything that helps that? I go crazy sometimes and sometimes it makes me not want to be around people or family I just want to lay in bed and do nothing my legs gets tingling feeling bad sometimes to, don't say it can spread like that cause it can I even did my research that it can. I just want something that will help it can be a pill or anything I'm desperate. I'm not much of a cryer but I have been lately I'm getting a cat soon so she will change my life around a bit at least, I get suicidal thoughts now and everything mostly at night.

Hi ashlyn26137
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologies for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
Kindest regards
Patient

You are on daily suppressive meds, are you not? Then it's unlikely this is all herpes-related. If you really have systemic herpes, I think you'd be far more ill than you are, as in need-to-go-to-the-hospital-stat kind of ill. Just because you have herpes doesn't mean that everything that feels wrong in your body going forwards is now due to herpes. If you truly believe that to be the case, then you should see a doctor asap for thorough testing, confirmation and additional treatment. Herpes in the eyes is pretty serious, and herpetic encephalitis is a medical emergency (but herpetic meningitis is not).

Idk they had me do some lab tests I'm not sure what kind exactly but they were concerned about the brain fog since it's not normal, but the red in the eye is new I think it's Blepharitis because I have almost all of those symptoms related to that condition.

I to have the same thing going on. I have pills but it only works for short period then breaks out again. Started on my forehead and worked it’s way slowly (because of the meds) over my body. When it got to my ears and nose is when I started to get the ringing in my ears, cloudiness feeling, spaced out, fever, nauseous sometimes feelings.. I too have had a lot of tests in the overlapping able to prove that it is the virus. I have lost hearing and have large amounts of ringing in my head and ears. It sounds like I have an old TV right next to my head at all times. I too do not know what to do. I wish there was a specialist that dealt with this a lot because most doctors haven’t. I’m lucky to have a girlfriend that’s very understanding. 😞

I’ve been trying all different life styles to see which is the most comfortable and so far the best soloution I have found is to eat healthy, take repressive treatment, a anti depressant/anxiety tablet called citalopram and some very light exercise 20-30 mins a day not to exhausting tho
