for the past few months ive had a reallt bad itching sensation in the vaginal and anus area, its more irritating in the nights for some reason. ive been in a relationship for 8-9 months, i have not slept with anyone since november/december last year. the past 2 weeks ive had these appear and the itching hasnt gone away. What could it be?

Herpes sores. I've only had 3 outbreaks in 20 years. Each time I knew it was coming from the tingling/stingy sensation. I also felt achy in my lower joints.
The first outbreak will be the worst. Last about 14 days.
You may never have an outbreak again, but the virus will be with you.

its been horrible! its starting to ease a bit now, its been about 11 days since ive gad it. do you have to take daily medication for it?

Concur with the others chiming in. Appears to be genital herpes. I'd get in to see your PC doc asap for testing and have him/her get you started on Valtrex sooner rather than later to clear up your outbreak.
