Herpes? Yeast infection?

ive been discharging white stuff not clumpy with a mild smell and recently only one side has been really red and irritated and theres some white spots and im freaking out it looks more sollwne than the other side and is kind of burning / itching on that side image

      or could b bv but that usually dosnt cause itching and has a fish smelling discharge thats really thin like water

      it needs treating tho defo need cream on the outside an something for the inside to treat the discharge u need to try stop scratching the skin will start to bleed an peel

      ok thank u any knowlege on why its only bothering me on one side? also the discharge isnt too heavy just some

      sometimes it dosnt occur on th whole of the outer skin it can just effect one area or one side an not the whole of the outside

      those white bumps are fordyce spots and appear if the skins dry it starts go produce more oil to stop it from drying out it defo looks like its a fungal infection if u need peace of mind go to your doctor
