Hey all, there's this joint on top of my penis which has not detached yet from the foreskin fully

It's not phemosis I'm guessing because I'm able to retract but not fully down, it's the flenulum. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Those of us who are intact have a frenulum that causes the tip of the penis to be pulled tight when we fully retract. It's normal, but it shouldn't snap or bleed when erect and foreskin is retracted or during sexual penetration..If it is painful, tears or bleeds, this would be the condition called Frenulum Breve. It is treatable with minor surgery that falls well short of the full circumcision some doctors insist on!

    If you want to add a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.
