Hey Felix, it’s me again

I’ve been taking anti virus for 7 days now, 2 every 8 hours. I took the last 2 today, here some photos. I started to get itching like early September... when it was really bad antibiotics helped to clear but began to ulcerate again even worse. Then now with anti viral it’s better clean than it was with antibiotics. Still think it’s fungal or could be virus? Like a virus whitin the herpes family, like herpes 4 or 5. With 6 weeks my doctor told me, with the serious ulcers that I had, the IgG would have appeared already, especially with almost 20 ulcers on my penis. So I didn’t make the test again... is it possible a genital Hsv1 though? Since I dudnr ever have any outbreak and IGG is 3.4 for hsv1

Desktop version for photo uploads. I agree that it's not herpes. It doesn't look right, it's too persistent, it resembles candida balanitis, etc. When was your positive HSV1 IgG test in relation to your symptoms? But honestly, just get it swabbed for yeast and herpes, then you'll know for sure which, if any. Better than guessing and coming here!

Now it’s not possible because I took 42 pills of antiviral and there is just one ulcer in my penis. The doctor told me that in this stage a swab is not a interesting thing to do because of possible viral load. I was wondering, regarding herpes HSV1 the outbreaks are REALLY around the same spot of infection?? I mean, really really 100%? I read that herpes comes when the immune system of certain place drops, right? If a person has the virus latent and then the immune system of the penis drops in high levels due to Cândida infection, for exemple, hsv1 could’t manifest itself there since the virus in present in the nerves cells of the entire body?
