i used coconut oil while i masturbate . using coconut oil as for masturbating would have trigged this small bumps?

Hi R, the Coconut Oil has natural skin friendly properties, so unless something else is getting mixed in, accidentally, the Coconut Oil is really good for the skin (NOTE: SHEA butter, raw versions, are another healthy product to use).

In terms of what the bumps actually are and how they came about, my best guess is they are unrelated to the oral sex you had. There are 3 likely things they are Sebaceous cysts, blocked skin pores, or ingrown hair follicles, or even a combination of these. These may have come about because you were cleaning yourself more, or in a different way after the oral sex you had, or perhaps you are are putting on more of the Coconut Oil than you actually need.

If the bumps are typical to the one in photo 2 I would place some liquid antiseptic directly on this (cream and ointment versions are no good) 3 or 4 times a day for 3 or 4 days and they should begin to subside. In the mean time it may help if you do without the coconut oil as this can potentially irritate the bumps further.

Some Sebaceous cysts do not clear away, but if you still have all of these after two weeks of treating them with the liquid antiseptic, I would seek professional medical advice ....

hi , thank you for the long reply, so this is not anything related to std right? i was so scared . ur reply gave me some peace of mind. the bump in 2nd photo has disappeared now, but the small bumps on shaft of the penis are still there there is no signs of it going away. its there since 2 months it does not grow in size or itch. Anyways i will try applying the liquid antiseptic as u mentioned . i wish the bumps goes away. please reply me if u have any idea about the bumps on shaft of my penis. thank u soo much for taking ur time out for me and replying me. sorry for my english.

I had no idea English was not your first language as you have no problems describing your situation.

So what you need to do now is to be precise / exact about the the location of the small bumps on the shaft of your penis that are not going away: so are they on the top half or the lower half / the underneath of your penis?

The unfortunate things with STD's is you cannot guarantee that this has not come about because of your sexual contact - the only thing I can say is that if you ONLY had unprotected oral it is rather unlikely that these bumps were caused by that.

hey, yes i have bumps on my lower half of my penis and also underneath also, they are just scattered around my penis as in the photo 1 and 3. i'm so worried because i'm in a gulf country. i cant go to doc because if im test postive for std i will get deported for having std. so i cant visit to doc for a check up, im completely grounded. i dont know what to do. whom to seek help from. i got this bumps after i had recieved unprotected oral sex. is there any way to treat the bumps? because its there for 2 months, does it anyway looks like a herpes outbreak? or is there anyway u could help me out or some advice please?

The reason I asked about the location of the bumps is important, if they are only on the underside of your penis they may simply be Fordyce Spots, these are quite natural and nothing to worry about. What may have happened is that they have become slightly aggravated and you have only just noticed them for the first time. If you have bumps and spots anywhere other that the underside of the shaft of your penis try using the liquid antiseptic for a few weeks and see what happens.

As I say it is rather unlikely you have an STD from oral.

HEY, If it's fordyce spots, will it stay for more than 2 months? these bumps are kinda pricky when touched and there's no any kind of pus or water present in the bump. yes i have bumps under and also top of the shaft of my penis. how to use liquid antiseptic? can i use dettol? should i directly apply dettol on those bumps? or mix the dettol with water and use?

thank u for taking out ur time and helping me out.

Fordyce spots are permanent, you may not have noticed these before, they are very commonly confused for something of concern, like an STD for example. They are located on the underside of the shaft of the penis, or if there are a number of them, they can be on the sides of the shaft as well - they do not appear on the top of the shaft of the penis.

The bumps you have such as in photo 2 are likely to be either a sebaceous cysts, blocked skin pores, or ingrown hair follicles, or even a combination of these - you can try liquid antiseptic applied directly to bumps like this. (I have already detailed the frequency of application)

DO NOT use Dettol - and any watered-down solution could still be far too strong for the skin to cope with and you could end up causing your skin more problems.

The problem is for even the likes of a Doctor or even a Dermatologist they often guess at what is the likely cause and what they need to prescribe to help resolve these kinds of issues. You could actually have a combination of issues. The white spots you have, and they look like they are on the top of your penile shaft, could actually be the start of a skin condition - the most common one is Vitiligo, again this is not sex related.

Unfortunately to completely rule out an STD from the oral you had 100% you would need to get tested ……
