Hey I have open sores on my vagina

Hey please I need help and I'm very worried. I had sex and 2 days later I had tears in between my vagina lips. I was told it was vagina tears from rough sex so I didn't think anything of it that it'll go on it's own. Then three days after the tears I found open sores around the sides of my vagina. They're very itchy and painful. There are also sores in my anus and on my vagina lips now. I'm scared and I don't know what to do. Whether they might be herpes or not

    My clitois is also swollen and and anytime I pee it's very painful.

      Make an appointment now so you can get tested b4 the sores start to heal and then you'll have to wait awhile until it happens again and it might be a long time b4 it happens and you don't want to be one like me and didn't know.

    It's unlikely to be herpes, but you need to get checked out.

    You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

    That's pretty much what happened to me. I went to the dr right away and was told the devastating news. Still trying to cope with it. You should get to the dr right away.
