Hey please help idk what this could be!!!!

So the other day I was shaving and accidentally cut my clit well I had sex with a guy (who I have had sex with quite a few times before this incident) the day after it was relatively rough sex. Well yesterday two days after I woke up to a big bump on my labia that has since turned into a blister but not before a few more showed up and did the same. I do want to add they turned after I soaked in a very warm epsom salt bath. I was convinced it was friction burns because of the placement but now I am not so sure. please help! image
