HF10

Just found this site about nevro hf10 and all the issues that all of us are having. Before going any further, I have say my Nevro rep's have been wonderful.
Having gone though the the trail with 80-90% success, there wasn't any question of having HF10 permanently placed which was March 2021. Less than 2 weeks of having this thing, I can honestly say the excitement of having the stimulator has become a nightmare. If given a manual with all the "cons" prior to having a permanent SCS, maybe more conversation with Neurologist and Neurosurgeon along with Nevro rep. would haven given more insight of what to expect.
My question to all of you, have you discussed the possibility your battery, leads, charger may be defective? My reps' are able to see leads/battery and how they are functioning. First rep did find an area that is not powered, said could be a break or small amount of spinal fluid but said everything else was ok. Second rep did see the same spot and then indicated my battery was not receiving a full charge, said she fixed that issue. Next and last step was to change the programming to find the best results. Starting at program 5-4 for 7 days then 5-5, 5-6, 5-7 for 3-5 days each, continue with each program the same until reaching program 4 where it all started and while trying all these different programs make a note percentage of relief. I have done programs 5, 1, 2, end of 3 tomorrow with pain relief of 0%, will start program 4 for 2 weeks. When you have 0% relief from your original complaint and 80-90% INCREASE PAIN from the stimulator itself, then you know something isn't right.
I am meeting the surgeon this week to discuss removing the device altogether or replacing with a new stimulator, I'm thinking the device is defective and the only way to find out is to have a new one put in.
Thank you for listening to me. Sorry it took so long to get to the bottom line of seeing the surgeon again, yep I ramble. Take care.
