hello all i dont have a hip replacement but know how hard it can be to sleep. i am finding ways to sleep my self and picking up tips as i go to a course reguarding how to sleep better. if i can help i will i was invited by hope4cure . hope i can help. julie

    Hi Thanks for your post......sounds very interesting. I'll follow it with interest.

    My last THR was beginning of Jan this year. I just dont seem to sleep well or when I do sleep I waken up a lot during the night....only for a couple of minutes at a time but enought to make my feel shattered the next morning

    Hi Julie and welcome to THR and the night owls trying to get some sleep.

    we know sleep is very important for so many things. Most of us after hip replacement have difficulty sleeping good.  Sleep habbits go out the window after surgery for some of us.

    I just cat nap it's not a refreshing sleep at all. We all have struggles with sleep under many circumstances any help u can offer from UR course would be so appreciated.
