I've upper my fiber and take a stool softener but to no avail. how long does it take before the borox starts to lesson the pain. im beginning to wonder if its worked. It really Messina with my head this relentless pain day after day

Botox can take 1-2 months to work.

It worked for me on a fissure I had that was shallow and small.

However it failed twice with my deep chronic fissure.

If it doesn't work, go for the LIS, it has a 95% success rate. Botox only has 60% success rate.
