Oh dear my heart goes out to you, it's hard to cope on a daily basis when you feel so bad.

After 6 wks I'd have thought you would feel better.

Maybe talk to your doctor again .

Keep busy, I put motivational notes at side of my bed to help me in morning to get up and have shower etc. My friend's text me and drag me for walks. Tell people how you feel, it will help.

    Hang in there x

Hang on to those good days, my friend, and try to ride the waves of the not-so-good days. Don't let them get you down too much - they are what they are. I hope you have friends to encourage you when you need it. You will always find words of encouragement here as we are all in this together :-)

      Big hug x

    I had this same problem.

By week 6 I was adiment there was no point in living, I was staying in bed until about 6pm only to get a drink and then crying constantly.

But I'm just over 2 months now and I'm feeling a lot better. Just hold on. Not every day is good but not every day is bad either.

    Always here to talk to!

I hope the days get easier

    Xxx
