hi guys, i posted the other day in here about on and off weird cold ish sweats on my back , back of legs, middle of arms the oppsite side of elbows lol because i was worried, and was told it can happen when im not feeling anxious. its got much worse the last 2 days, happens more times a day and lasts longer, im 4 weeks into sertraline now, and im just wondering maybe if these sweats im getting are due to the sertraline, or cancer lol, im getting very tired in the middle of the day also, fatigue and sweating is signs of lymphoma etc so im on a slight panic atm although ive been forcing myself to try and stay calm the last week its still kinda getting me. any idea guys? on another note, earlier on i was led on the sofa making a phone call and i felt a littlw anxious, my i looked out the window and the world started bouncing up and down for like 1.5 seconds, and i felt like i was falling through the floor or something ? could these be symptoms when you are quite anxious ?? thankyou people

yes anxiety can cause those symptoms plus others. Have you had a complete physical check up recently? I only ask that because it could really ease your mind so you can relax more. you could have the check up plus have blood work drawn. unless you had one recently. everybody should have at least one physical check up per year anyway.

that medication can cause excessive tiredness and excessive sweating but check with your doctor to see what he or she recommends.

I find that it’s worse to sit around and think about all the what if‘s than to just go to the doctor and get checked out . anyway. Hope you feel better soon! Don’t let your mind go to those negative thoughts. I did it for years and it really wasn’t worth it and nothing bad ever happened. Take care

it sounds like your still adjusting to the tablets. sweating is normal to be honest and it passes as you get further in to the dosage. stick with it and it will settle down. sertraline is good but i found the side effects too much for me. the room bouncing is a bit strange might just of been a a blood pressure thing as u stood up
