If you have always had them they are plain and simple moles. If they have all suddenly appeared you need to see your doctor.
Looking at your pics it looks like you are quite fair skinned and fair skinned people often have these moles all over. Its not unusual.
To remove them with lasering would be a very expensive business so unless you are a millionaire I wouldnt even think it. Similarly surgical removal would be expensive for a good result.
I could suggest you get a light tan by getting in the sunshine but as you are fair skinned make sure you wear a high factor sun cream and build up from 5 minutes per day to 30 minutes per day in the sun gradually or you will burn.

Thank you for your reply, thats what i was worried they might be! Looks like ill just have to live with them, they ruin my confidence thought 😦, im working outside 8 hours a day now so i get a lot of sunlight, i always have factor 50 on!
I always thought maybe they were some kinda permanent freckle, reason being is they are flat and flush with the skin you cant feel them if you rub your fingers over them, in outdoor light is loads of smaller lighter colour ones surrounding them thats hard to make out on picture but ive tried to capture them!
what do you think?

Yes they are a sort of freckle and the colour depends on your genetic makeup . If you have any on your face maybe invest in either plastic surgery or laser therapy to remove what you consider the worst. It will be expensive though. Dont know where you are in the world but removal of a mole via plastic surgery in UK is about £400- £500. Probably less per mole if you have several removed at one time. I'm sure most people dont even notice them.
