It's near the hypospadias and under the frenulum. It was from many days but not recognizable but now it even be touch. I'm very tensed for it Plz help,,,

Well it's hard to say from your photo if it's worrying you though you should have it checked with your doctor or GUM clinic they can properly diagnose it.

It's won't itching even don't DOING anything. It was for many years but recently it grow. what can I do? i wanna find out is about to do worry or not?What do you think what's disease it is?

My advice is to get checked out with your doctor you have had it a long time so it might be nothing like a skin tag.

hopefully nothing to worry about as these normal glands. but still highly recommending to see a dermatologist with very good experience and dermoscopy.
